Bird & Bone is a showcase of the American culinary landscape by popular Miami chef Richard Hales. Hales sources a menu that reflects the heart and soul of the country from independent small farms and organic butchers, touching on his passion for Southern dining. The restaurant also serves a selection of signature cocktails.

Bird & Bone is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch.

The Cafecito Bar serves coffee drinks from local favorites Café Bustelo and Panther Coffee along with international grab and go food items like guava & cheese pastelitos, empanadas, yogurt & berry parfaits and gluten-free blueberry muffins. The Backyard menu of casual cuisine and specialty cocktails is available in the gardens, poolside or on the beach.
