“We are delighted to welcome Taha Sabie to Four Seasons for the first time,” says General Manager Felix Murillo. “Our goal is to offer a venue for local artists to display their work to a broader audience that includes visitors from all over the world. It’s also a wonderful opportunity for our guests to experience another layer of our rich culture in Morocco.”
The beauty of Marrakech comes to life in Sabie’s paintings, inspired by his exploration of the city’s architecture and its famous souks. Originally from Baghdad, Sabie has lived in Marrakech since 1977, where in addition to his art, he devotes much of his time to helping children in need.
Sabie’s paintings are available for purchase. Resort guests who would like to learn and experience more of Moroccan art and culture are invited to visit the on-site Maarifa Cultural Centre and Boutique, or inquire at the Concierge Desk about excursions to local galleries and studios.
