The legendary Ritz Paris will have total of 71 guest rooms, including 15 historic prestige suites. It will also have six meeting rooms; three restaurants; three bars, including the famed Bar Hemingway; and gardens and terraces with retractable roofs and floor heating.
École Ritz Escoffier, the hotel’s famed cooking school, will now sport three demonstration kitchens, and the historic Salon Proust will offer Ritz afternoon tea.The new revamp will include a Chanel spa, which is a first for any hotel.
