A few signature items include Chef de Jager’s take on Ossobuco, a classic Italian braised veal shank and vegetable dish, Fresh Seafood Risotto, and Crab Stuffed Flank Steak. This coupled with attentive personal service and the hotel’s extensive New and Old World wine list, Queen’s Gardens Restaurant is raising the bar on fine dining in the Caribbean.

Chef de Jager honed his skills working with several top chefs and restaurants around the world including acclaimed Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant Coco Pazzo in The Netherlands and alongside Chef Hans van Triest, winner of the 2006 Caribbean Chef of the Year Award.
