Attention is paid to every detail, ensuring that every customer leaves with an unforgettable, flawless experience.
All menus offered at TAKAZAWA are designed by Chef Takazawa with the current season in mind. Only the freshest, in-season ingredients are used in his dishes, which offers a dash of the kaiseki cuisine spirit, coming Japanese culture with the art of French cuisine.
