From 13 March to 5 April 2015, guests can enjoy the Miss Dior Afternoon Tea presented by Executive Pastry Chef Frank Haasnoot, who is also known as World Chocolate Master. With Chef Frank’s expertise in innovative culinary arts, the afternoon tea set takes inspiration from the unique fragrance and essence of the perfume, and embodies the spirit of a graceful, modern and adventurous lady, Miss Dior.
Given an innovative touch by Chef Frank, a range of tempting pastries have been specially designed for a three-tier tea set. For example, the chef fills the Tart Citrus with refreshing citrus cream to recreate the vibrant scent of fruity mandarin notes, and tops it with a chocolate floral decoration which captures the elegant imagery of voluminous peony blossoms. Also, Damascus rose petals are used as lovely ornaments all over the Pink Guava Macarons with Fresh Blueberries and Liege Waffles for a rosy little afternoon indulgence.
This delightful Afternoon Tea also includes delicate Cassis Yuzu Dome and Scones with Clotted Cream, Orange Marmalade or Strawberry Rose Petal Jam as treats for the sweet tooth, as well as exquisite canapés such as Foie Gras, Prawns, Avocado Mousse and Cream Cheese Gougere and Fresh Herbs.
The Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet afternoon tea set, priced at TWD 1,000+10% per person, will be served at Café Un Deux Trois from 2:30pm to 5pm daily from 13 March to 5 April 2015. The set is complemented by a wide selection of fine tea and coffee. Guests will receive one vial of Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet sample perfume (5ml) per Miss Dior after tea set.
