It had an impressively low crime rate index of 11.36 and the highest safety index of 88.67 in comparison to 374 cities that were studied. Dubai scored a crime rate index of 16.98 and a safety index of 83.02, marking it as seventh place on the list.
Doha takes the third place, while Quebec City, Canada stays in the 4th place and Munich, Germany, is on the 8th place and Bern, Switzerland in the 10th place.
