Decorated with indigo LED lights, Mandarin Oriental, Taipei’s 20-metre tall Christmas tree at The Arcade entrance on Dunhua North Road is sure to be one of the festive season’s biggest attractions.
Italian-Style Festive Cuisine at Bencotto
Newly appointed Chef de Cuisine of Bencotto, Loris Pistillo, will handpick the best-quality seasonal ingredients to create traditional Italian Christmas dishes. A Christmas business lunch set menu will be available from 28 November to 23 December 2016, Monday to Friday. A Christmas a la carte dinner menu will be offered from 23 to 25 December 2016, and a delicious five-course set menu will be available for dinner on New Year’s Eve.
Delectable dishes from around the world at Café Un Deux Trois
Seafood, turkey or steak? A mouth-watering Christmas set lunch and Christmas afternoon tea will be served at Café Un Deux Trois during the holidays. A scrumptious semi-buffet featuring an array of appetisers, soup, main courses and desserts will be served for Christmas lunch on 24 and 25 December.
On New Year’s Eve, an exclusive five-course dinner menu for gourmands will be presented, and on 1 January 2017, a relaxing semi-buffet lunch will be available.
Sweet Holiday Delights at The Mandarin Cake Shop
Christmas is a time for indulging in cakes, chocolates and other sweet things, so The Mandarin Cake Shop is offering a gingerbread house, fruit bread and other seasonal delights. Also, a limited-edition Christmas hamper will be available for guests and their loved ones to enjoy at home. The cakes and hamper will be available from 28 November to 25 December 2016.
Following last year’s success, The Mandarin Cake Shop will support a charitable cause again this Christmas by offering guests an opportunity to buy a Love Share Christmas Panda exclusively designed and handmade by the hotel’s housekeeping team. All proceeds will be used to purchase musical instruments for aboriginal children at Qin-Ai Elementary School in the remote Nantou mountain area of Taiwan. The 200 limited edition Christmas Pandas are priced at EUR 40 each.
Masquerade Countdown Party at M.O. Bar
